FAQ

What devices can P500 power?

A: Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 500-Watt. Once exceeding, the p500 will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.

Can you use charge the battery while using it?

The AC port output and input of the generator can not be used at the same time, but the DC and USB ports can be used normally at the same time.

How long to charge from 120 watt solar under perfect conditions?

It takes about 5-6 hours to charge with the 120W solar panel, depending on the light condition.
